Thank you for shopping with us! Every product we offer is made to order and printed just for you. Because of this, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail stores. Please read carefully before placing your order.
💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund — at no cost to you.

Your order number
A clear photo showing the issue
We’ll work directly with our print partner to resolve it quickly.
📦 Returns for Other Reasons
Since all of our items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size, color, or style chosen
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Please double-check the size chart and product details before ordering. If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before placing your order — we’re happy to help.
🚚 Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We’ll review your tracking information and, if necessary, issue a replacement for lost shipments.
🏠 Return Address
Returned items will be sent to our fulfillment partner’s facility, not our business address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or being unclaimed, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply).
💳 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
